These terms and conditions of the Wolseley Owners Club shop apply to all transactions with you, the customer, when you shop via Wolseley Owners Club website.

Acceptance of orders

Wolseley Owners Club shop accepts payment by the payment cards shown. Payment will be debited from your account before your purchase is dispatched. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Wolseley Owners Club shop will not be liable for any delays to your order this may cause. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us Wolseley Owners Club shop will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Product Availability

If any online store products become temporarily unavailable, Wolseley Owners Club shop will let you know by email then hold your order until the product is back in stock (if acceptable to yourself) and will then post the product to you in the usual way. In the event that an individual product becomes permanently unavailable then Wolseley Owners Club shop will offer you a full refund for that item. Wolseley Owners Club shop reserves the right to amend any prices and the right to add or withdraw any product at any time.


Your order will normally be dispatched within 14 working days of placing the order. Wolseley Owners Club shop will let you know if there is going to be a delay.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 7 (seven) days of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange. When returning products to us for refund or exchange, you must pay for the appropriate postage costs.
